Fantastic lesson, I love the little tips Jamie gives. I made this classic dinner the other night it was amazing!!!! Thank you, Jaime.
I have to admit, I must have seen the 3 part films about 5 times now. The way Jamie explains with great passion and heart is great. I attempted my first roast recently, and it came out pretty well. Am looking to perfect it with time, and hopefully, one day get to Jamie’s level of roast.
I love this. I deliver woodland wellbeing sessions and this will go down a real treat. What’s not to love about cooking and eating outside around a woodfire, can’t wait to try it out on our guests in our woods. Thank you for this little gem.
You are such an amazing teacher as you share these techniques! Thank you so much for sharing your love of cooking :). I learn from you with every episode! (Thanks to your amazing staff as well!)
I am SO happy with my pizzas! Delicious, and crunchy, and my boys and I enjoyed making them too! We’ll never buy pizzas again.
I made this focaccia. It was easier than I thought it would be. It was delicious! And mine was as pretty as Jamie’s! Thank you for this wonderful recipe.
I love watching Jamie cook with so much joy & love for the food he creates…& then the true joy of loving the food he made while eating it. Sooooooooo wonderful!!!!!!💜💜💜

I’ve never made homemade bread. After viewing this video, I’m excited to give it a try. Things I’ve learned in these classes, you don’t often get in a cookbook.
So inspiring Jamie! You know we need encouragement- love it all – thank you!
Thank you so much, Jamie Oliver! I just made the squash curry and it was amazing!! Oh, my word, the flavors were so complimentary together! I followed your recipe precisely and my husband and I loved the dish. I’m very excited to try roasted cauliflower and chicken next time since I now understand the base!!
Amazing! I’ve been making pesto in my food processor and this is a whole new level!
I have loved every episode so far. This one is my favorite. Enlightening all of these. I didn’t care for Jamie on TV, but absolutely so grateful he is sharing more of the heart and soul he finds in cooking. And his eccentricity. His passion, knowledge, and communication as well as the simplicity of the recipes with mentioning creative options is really so very awesome. What a treat! Loving every second.
Jamie Oliver…you are fabulous. Wonderful teacher with passion and love of culture, food and family. So inspiring. I can’t wait to make this tonight.
I made this recipe today, and oh my god! it was a success. I didn’t have pomegranate so I used raspberry instead and it was so good. the rice was super fluffy, and the squash was delicious with the skin on. I also replaced the curry leaves with basil as I didn’t find curry leaves anywhere. What a joy of a recipe!
Lovely! Combos of veggies and spices simply prepared. Confidence builder and can adjust for two or expand to eight. Thank you!
Wow I have never been able to master pesto, will definitely try the potato tip!

I love all the potted marigold flowers in Asma’s kitchen! And the bent spoon cupboard handles! I love her strong deep voice. All her advice about preparing tamarind fruit and using pulp to wash dishes and silver. And the wonderful street scenes of everyday life! From now on I will always wash my dahl! Wonderful series!

Looks delicious 😋-I think I might have drizzled the tiniest bit of fine olive oil at the very end..and then devour
It is a joy to see this done – especially not being afraid to use lots of freshly ground pepper.
I made this from start to finish. I don’t have a wood-fired oven but made it all on my BBQ. it was all sensational. The flavors were beautiful & the bread was so fluffy but chewy & crusty. Loved every second of the cooking & the results were so delicious. Thank you!

Excellent! Informative, beautifully filmed and interesting.
So wonderful! Thank you. Steak has always been hard for me to gauge as well. Glad I’m not alone. Agree so much about more ethical treatment of animals we use for food. Less steroids, less antibiotics. Thank you again! Going to try Chimichurri!
I enjoyed the 1st video & love how creative the chief is. I would never think of a BBQ sauce using bananas. I’m not sure if it’s the video or my internet but it kept freezing, I jumped it forward then it was ok. Overall a good watch, thank you.
This is a great story. I enjoyed learning about Kentucky and Chef Lee’s amazing journey.
